In order for your child to attend this very special evening event, please complete the permission form HERE and submit this form by NOON, Friday, May 5th. Please fill out and submit this form for your child to attend the event. If you have two or more Mabry Middle School 8th grade students, please fill out a separate form for EACH 8th grade student. Without submission of this form, your child (children) will be unable to attend!
