The next Sunshine Breakfast is Friday, April 25th, 2025 with a “A Celebration of Spring Flowers” theme.

This Breakfast is organized by the Sunshine Committee Volunteers for all Mabry staff and they rely solely on parents' donations. Donating is easy! Please sign up HERE to contribute!

8TH GRADE DANCE

A Class of 2029 Farewell Celebration!

Mabry PTSA, in coordination with Mabry's Administration, are hosting the 8th Grade "Under the Stars" Dance on

Thursday, May 15th from 6:30pm-8pm

at Mabry Middle School.

We are excited to celebrate our 8th graders who are moving on to High School in the fall!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

SCHOOL STORE

The school store is in need of volunteers to help open and close the store. It's only open on Wednesday and Friday mornings for 20 minutes. Take a look at the time slots and please sign up HERE!

FRESH AIR FRIDAY

Fresh Air Friday (FAF) is a PTSA event, which provides students an opportunity to socialize with their friends outdoors (weather-permitted) and purchase drinks and candy. Time is slotted for each grade, and we need parent volunteers to help run this event. Please sign up HERE.

DUTY FREE LUNCH

Duty Free Lunch allows our wonderful teachers the opportunity once a month to get a break from eating lunch with their students. During this time, parent volunteers hang out in the cafeteria and keep an eye on the students while they are eating lunch. Mabry administration will be there to handle any concerns.

It's a great opportunity to see your child and sneak a peek at them and their buddies. Plus our teachers really appreciate your help!

8TH GRADE "NEED TO KNOW"

8th grade is an exciting year for our students and there are several dates and events that are specific to only 8th graders. This section highlights events specific to 8th grade so you stay in the know!

April 18th - Pink class registration forms due for Lassiter HS (distributed on 4/14)
May 1 - 8th grade Honors Night (by Invitation)
May 8 - 8th grade permission form is due. Click HERE to complete.

May 15 - 8th Grade Dance* 8th grade parents are not allowed to attend, but we need all hands on deck to help plan and decorate for the dance. Let’s make this night one to remember for our students!

MABRY SCHOOL INFORMATION

EARLY DISMISSAL PROCEDURE

The following procedure helps us to expedite the check out of your student(s) with minimal disruption to the classroom:

1. Have your student bring in a note to the Welcome Desk/Front Office with their name, pick-up time, reason for check-out, and name of the person who will pick up the student.

2. The student will receive a blue pass for dismissal. The student should present this pass to their teacher at dismissal time.

3. When picking up your student, please be ready to show your ID for entry into the building and at the Welcome Desk/Front Office. Please note that we will only release your student to authorized individuals noted in ParentVue.

NOTE: We recommend pickup no later than 3:30pm to avoid being trapped by carpool congestion.
If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact our Front Office at 770-928-5546.

BUILDING VISITOR SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In an effort to ensure that our building remains secure and for the safety of our students and staff, you may experience more inquiries from our Front Office Staff in regard to your visit to the school. Before being granted access into the school, you must provide the following information:
- Identification
- Purpose of visit
- Student(s) name
